                      Method
 Wash the broccoli and cut into florets. Boil a large pan of water. Peel and roughly chop the garlic. Finely slice the red chilli.
 Blanch the broccoli in boiling water and then plunge in to cold water to stop the cooking. Drain.
 Mix the sugar in to the soy sauce and stir to dissolve.
 Heat the oil in a large wok, quickly add the broccoli and garlic and stir fry of 5 mins.
 Add the soy and sugar mix and cook for a further 2 mins. Sprinkle on the sliced chilli and serve.
