 Whisk together the eggs and milk, add the seasoning
 Pour into a lined gastronorm tray
 Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until firm and golden brown. Gas 2/160°C
     TIP: there is basically nothing you can not add to this recipe making it great for both breakfast and lunch alike. Try adding bacon, peppers and cheese, or just cheese and onion, or sausage and tomato - the list is endless. It is great served with new potatoes and salad for a healthy lunch!
