                    Method
   Preheat the oven Gas 4/180°C. Stamp out 48 rounds from the naan breads using a 5cm (2in) round cutter (or cut into similar-sized pieces). Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 2 minutes until lightly toasted. Set aside to cool slightly.
   Mix Cheddar, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, egg yolk and some seasoning to combine. Divide among the toasted naans.
 Top with the mango chutney. Bake for 3-5 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden. Serve warm.
