                 Method
 Place the flour and salt in a large mixing bowl and gradually add the warm water.
 Add the oil and mix for 5 minutes until a soft dough has formed.
 Divide into 24 balls and flatten out with your hand to a 4 inch diameter.
 Brush lightly with a small amount of oil.
 Bake for approximately 5 minutes.
 Allow flat breads to cool and then top with tomato sauce and cheese mix. (YOU CAN ADD TOPPINGS OF YOUR CHOICE IF REQUIRED)
 Flash in a hot oven until cheese is golden brown just before service. Gas 5/190°C
