                       Method
 Preheat the oven to Gas 5/190°C
 Cook the macaroni as per manufacturer’s instructions, refresh and drain.
 Melt the margarine in a saucepan; slowly add the flour, stirring continuously until it forms a sandy consistency.
 Add the milk gradually to the mixture stirring consistently and bring back to the boil, stirring until the texture is smooth.
 Add the mustard.
 Take the sauce off the heat and gradually stir in two thirds of the cheese.
 Add the macaroni to the cheese sauce ensuring the macaroni has been coated.
 Place the mixture into deep tins and sprinkle the remainder of the cheese on top.
 Bake in the oven until golden brown.
