                         Method
 Wash, peel and thinly slice the onion, wash and thinly slice the pepper.
 Mix the chilly flakes into the pizza base sauce.
 Spread the base over the pittas.
 Scatter Quorn pieces, red onion, pepper and sweetcorn evenly each pitta.
 Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook until browned and melted. Gas 4/180°C
