  In a blender place the chickpeas, bread, eggs and cumin leave 1⁄4 of the chickpeas whole for added texture.
 Blend to a smooth paste and then add the remaining chickpeas.
 Chop the parsley and fold into the mixture.
 Zest and juice the lime and add this also to the mixture.
 With clean hands, form into patties on a greased ovenproof tray.
 Bake in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes Gas 4/180°C or until a core temperature of 75°C has been reached.
 Serve while hot.
   TIP: this is great served with a poached egg and dressed baby spinach. Also the mix can be form into balls to make falafel.
