                     Method
 Defrost the pittas overnight in the refrigerator.
 Spoon the tomato sauce onto the pitta and spread evenly making sure to go right to the edges.
 Sprinkle on the sliced peppers and cover with the cheese.
 Bake in a hot oven for 5 minutes Gas 4/180°C until the cheese has turned golden.
 Serve hot.
