                     Method
 Cook the rice as per manufacturer’s instructions.
 Mix the rice and roasted vegetables together and season well with salt and pepper.
 Lay the grated carrot and baby spinach on the tortilla wrap.
 Lay approximately 150g of rice and vegetables over the salad and add a squeeze of lime juice.
 Wrap tightly in tin foil and serve.
