                     Method
 Mix the vegetable stock as per manufacturer’s instructions.
 Cook the Quorn fillet in the stock from frozen. Gas 4/180°C for approx 20 minutes or until the fillet has reached a core temperature of 75°C.
 When cooked place in a serving dish with some of the cooking liquid to stop them drying out.
 Sprinkle with mixed herbs and serve.
