     Method
 Finely chop the onions, dice the courgettes and carrots.
 Gently fry the onions and carrots in a little oil until soft.
 Add the garlic, courgettes and mushrooms and sweat altogether.
 Drain and wash the red kidney beans and 5 bean salad in a colander - add the washed beans to the sautéed vegetables.
 Add the chilli powder.
 Mix in the tomato sauce and the frozen peppers.
 Simmer until the vegetables are cooked and the sauce has reduced slightly.
 Add the tin of baked beans.
 Season if required.
