                                  Method
 Clean and slice the mushrooms. Wash and finely slice the spring onions. Wash and roughly slice the pak choi.
 Cook the noodles as per instructions, drain and throughly rinse in cold water. Pour in half of the sesame oil to keep the noodles separate.
 Heat the rest of the oil in a large pan. Add the mangetout and mushrooms and stir fry for a few minutes, add the ginger and garlic to the pan, fry for 4-5 minutes over a high heat. Add the noodles, the soy and honey and stir fry for 2 minutes before adding the pak choi, beansprouts and spring onions.
 Continue to stir fry until the noodles are throughly heated through.
