     Method
 Peel and finely dice the onions. Wash and slice the peppers.
 Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and pepper and fry until softened.
 Add all the spices and cook for 5 minutes.
 Tip in the beans and tomatoes, bring to the boil then simmer until thickened.
 Season then serve.
