                      Method
 Wash, peel and dice the potatoes.
 Boil in a large pan of water until soft, drain.
 Place the potatoes in the mixer and mix in the garlic powder, margarine and 17 eggs.
 Gradually add the cream.
 Pipe the mixture in to rounds on the baking sheet.
 Whisk the remaining 3 eggs and brush over the potatoes.
 Sprinkle with paprika.
 Bake in the oven for approx 20 mins or until golden brown. Gas 4/180°C
