                      Method
 Cook the fries as per manufacturer's instructions. Wash and finely slice the spring onions then set aside.
 Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a splash of oil until crispy. Allow to cool.
 When the chips are cooked transfers to a serving dish and cover with grated cheese, return to the oven to melt the cheese.
 Remove from the oven and sprinkle with paprika, Worcester sauce, bacon and spring onion.
 Drizzle mayonnaise over the top as required.
