Method
Mix the tikka paste with oil and coat the chicken drumsticks. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least an hour or ideally overnight.
Place the drumsticks on a tray and roast in the oven for approx 40 minutes at Gas 4/180°C.
Ensure a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
