                      Method
 Preheat the oven to 200°c
 Mix all the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
 Add the yoghurt and mix well until a soft dough has formed.
 Form into a large ball and cut a deep cross in the top.
 Sprinkle with flour and place onto a floured baking tray before placing in the oven Gas 3/170°c for 40 to 45 minutes.
 Tap the bottom of the bread, if it sounds hollow then it is cooked. Allow to cool before serving.
