                    Method
 Cube the butter and add to the flour and salt.
 Rub the butter and flour between your fingers until the mix becomes like a sandy texture.
 Add the sugar.
 Add the beaten egg a little at a time and bring the mixture together.
 Once mixed cover with cling film and leave in the fridge 30 minutes before using.
   Tip: this can be made the day before and left in the fridge over night.
