     Method
 Fry diced onions until slightly softened, add mince and cook for further 5 minutes.
 Pour in 2 pints of water, cover pan and cook for 30 minutes.
 Add carrots to mixture.
 Blend flour and gravy mix with water then add to the mixture, return to the heat to thicken, pour mixture into tin and allow to cool slightly.
 Make up potato as per manufacturer’s instructions.
 Pipe over meat mixture.
 Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown Gas 4/180°C.
