                       Method
 Make a sweet pastry using half of the flour, margarine and sugar. Leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
 Place the apples and sultanas in a suitable pan and cook until all liquid has evaporated.
 Roll out the pastry and line a small BS tin. Blind bake the pastry for 20 minutes.
 Fill the tart case with the apple mixture.
 With the rest of the flour, margarine and sugar make a crumble topping and sprinkle generously over the tart.
 Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes . Allow to cool slightly before serving.
