                     Method
 Wash and drain the rice well.
 Butter a suitable ovenproof dish and add the washed rice.
 Bring the milk up to simmer and add the sugar.
 Pour the milk mixture over the rice and sprinkle the cinnamon over the top.
 Bake at Gas 1/150°C for approximately 11⁄2 to 2 hours.
 Allow to cool slightly before serving.
     TIP: this is great served with stewed fruits or frozen berries. Or simply just served with jam.
