Method
In a mixer add the freshly made yoghurt and the cheesecake mix together and whisk on high for 5 minutes
Once nice and smooth pipe into your serving dishes and leave to set in the fridge for 1⁄2 hour.
Combine the berries and sugar together then warm gently until the fruit is soft and you have a syrupy type sauce, leave to cool.
Place the cheesecake in a pot, top with one spoon of fruit compote and it’s ready to serve.
