Method
Place your fruit into a bowl to defrost.
Drain the liquid into a sauce pan and bring to the boil
Add the cornflour and mix until you have a thick sauce
Mix the fruit back through the sauce taking care not to break the fruit up.
Crush the meringues and add to the yoghurt along with the fruit mix. Fold together gently and serve!
TIP: this recipe will take any type of fruit so be as creative as you like !
