                                    Method
 Cream margarine, sugar, lemon zest & juice until light and fluffy.
 Beat eggs and add to the mixture with flour and yoghurt.
 Pour into tin and bake for 50-60 minutes Gas 4/180°C. Allow to cool.
 Once cooled drizzle with an icing glaze.
