Method
Place the chicken into a large bowl.
Place all other ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Mix the sauce with the chicken and cook in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes or until a core temperature of 75°C has been reached.
This can be served with rice and peas or with a salad.
