                     Method
 Cook chicken breasts for approx 20 minutes, or until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
 Cook bacon rashers.
 Once chicken is cooked, coat each piece with 1tbsp of barbecue sauce.
 Top with bacon, sprinkle with cheese and return to the oven for 10 minutes until cheese is bubbling and browned.
