   Method
 Put a large saucepan of water on to boil.
 Finely chop the bacon and mix the cheeses together.
 Beat the eggs is a bowl and season - set aside. When the water is boiled cook the spaghetti until just cooked.
 While the spaghetti is cooking fry the bacon and garlic in a large pan. When the spaghetti is cooked lift it from the water and add to the frying pan - don't worry if a little water goes in the pan. Do not throw the spaghetti water away yet.
 Mix the cheese with the eggs. Take the pan off the heat and pour in the egg and cheese mix, mix well so that it thickens but doesn’t scramble.
 Season if necessary and serve.
