                         Forgiveness—Working

                              through the Pain









                 When you hold resentment toward another, you are bound
                 to that person or condition by an emotional link that is
                 stronger than steel. Forgiveness is the only way to dissolve
                 that link and get free.

              Emotional pain cannot be healed until we can learn forgiveness at the
              unconsciousness level. You may not be aware of where these feelings

              came from, but if you can sit down with your fear and bring it up to the
              conscious level, you can experience freedom from fear and use this good
              healthy fear as an ally. Peace and forgiveness are an inner act an inward
              journey; letting go of the pain is some of the most powerful work you
              will do in your life.
                 it is an emotional attachment and When you are caught up in anger
              against what someone has done to you, you have no peace. Your anger

              affects the cells of your body, the nervous system, and the immune sys-
              tem. When you decide to forgive, you release yourself from that person
              or situation that you’ve been bound by. You are able to let go and you
              are transformed. The pain is gone and you are at peace. You now can
