How do I use the tool?

By simply logging in to
the Supply Chain
tool and filling out all
the required fields and
attaching the Bill of
Materials or list of things
you want to purchase.

Where do I get access to the video tutorial?

A request can be sent to Kristine Faris. She will then send this over to our ECL Training POC for the profiles
to be updated with this training material.

How do I search for an existing request?

At the top corner of your Dashboard, you will see a magnifying glass for you to have all the type of details
you can search.

• Title: You can search by the title of the request
• Requestor: Who placed the request
• Project Manager: The PM selected for this request
• Country: The location of the request
• IBX: Specified IBX for this request

What if I do not have a quote from supplier?

No quote, no problem! The Supply Chain team will contact the supplier and get the quotation for you
within 2 to 3 days. All we need for you is to fill out all the required fields using the Supply Chain tool with
a Bill of Material/Document indicating the items or services along with the quantity so we can fulfill
in gathering the quote for you. Once the final quote is available, it will be sent over to your Lead
Engineer or Manager for approval.
