Once you have selected “Escalate” a pop-up dialog box will appear where you can
provide a brief message on why you would like to escalate it
Clicking escalate will trigger an escalation email to the team address.
Alternatively, you can also reach out to Vijal Shah or Kristine Faris if
your request needs a special attention. Please feel free to send us an
email at gn-sc@equinix.com if you have queries or any
additional questions relating to your orders. Our team is available
during late APAC until early AMER business hours along with
the EMEA day.

The final quotation will be sent to you once available. It is your
responsibility to review the goods and services that has been
added. If you are done checking and everything looks accurate,
you will need to approve it or reject otherwise by hitting the
“Reject” button.
Add notes for instructions and next steps as needed. Please note
that you are approving, checking the Quote and localisation that
is required e.g., power cables along with SKU’'s and quantities.
