The stage wise deliverables of the individual design consultants are all aligned to define common BIM deliverables at each stage. For exam-
     ple, mentioned above is a modified Data drop illustration specified for a typical Indian Project. In this project we will have 2 major stages of
     Design appreciation and finalization. One being coordinated Schematic Design and other are coordinated GFC level Design.
     We work closely with the Project Owner/Developer to provide the following Services:

                      Support the Tendering team with BIM compliant RFP for Contractors
                      Prepare a Compliance Plan for RERA Documentations
                      Organized BIM based design coordination workshops
                      Facilitate BIM based quantity and cost estimation
                      Architecture Design and Coordinated Engineering Design [ With Partners ]
                      Regular Quantity Reports and Cost Scheduling
                      Preparation of Procurement Documentation Set (Drawings, BOQ)
                      Facilitate Preparation of Coordinated Construction Documentation Sets/Packages
                      Assist in Change Management
                      Support Plan Vs Actual Monitoring (4D Scheduling)
                      Support Plan vs Actual Monitoring (5D Simulation)
                      Provide Monthly Project Progress Visual Dashboards
                      Facilitate As-built Capture and Recording Process
