What is Noun + Noun
collocation?
We form noun and noun collocation by putting two nouns together.
There are two forms of noun + noun collocation which are
compound noun and collective noun.
A compound noun is a noun that is formed from two or more words
and the main noun is normally the last one.
The meaning of the whole compound is often different from the
meaning of the two words on their own.
A collective noun is a word used to represent a group of people,
animals, or things.
