Overview
Ventura Foods is committed to supporting your health and wellness goals and is excited to tell you about the 2017 Wellness Incentive Program! A $50 gift card will be offered to the rst 500 employees who complete steps 1 & 2, listed below, between August 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017. All others to complete steps 1 & 2 will be entered into a raf e. Raf e prizes will be announced at the end of 2017. Winners will be chosen January 2018.
As a Ventura Wellness Champion, your role is to ensure that Ventura employees understand how to participate in the Wellness Incentive Program. All employees will recieve a hard copy of the Wellness Guide. If an employees chooses to Track A Health Behavior, you will need to provide a hard copy of the Health Behavior tracking guide that was chosen.
