Option 1: Track a Health Behavior
Overview:
• Track one (1) health behavior for four days
• You can track your behavior consecutively, or non-consecutively
• You will not receive credit for this option until you have tracked the same health behavior
on four (4) separate dates between 8/1/2017 – 12/31/2017.
• Track sleep, water intake, food log, step count, OR exercise
• See page 3 of the Program Guide to learn more about the health behaviors you can track. Once you've selected the behavior you want to track, see the 1-pager on that health behavior for more speci c details.
Option 2: Wellness Video and Quiz
Overview:
• Watch three (3) videos
• Complete a brief survey prior to watching the video
• Complete a brief quiz at the end of the video
• You will be granted credit for this step on the date that you complete the third quiz
• Videos are between 3 – 6 minutes
