• To earn credit for this option, you will need to complete one (1) thirty-minute telephonic health coaching call (includes introduction to health coaching)
• You will receive credit for this option on the date that you complete your call
• Your sessions with your Health Coach are private and con dential. Ventura Foods does not receive any personal information that you share. Your data is not identi ed by name, nor is your progress toward your health goals.
