In this chapter of your Wellness Toolkit you’ll nd brief descriptions of challenges and activities that you can explore. There are 3 categories of challenges from which to choose: Physical, Nutrition and General. Within each category are speci c activities. The names of the activities appear at the top of each page, in addition to:
• Activity Type – The required/necessary actions
• Duration - How long activity will last
• Resource Link – A hyperlink that will take you directly to the Gallagher Wellness Kit where you’ll nd the administrative & promotional materials needed to implement the challenge you’ve selected
Responsibilities & Resources Needed
We’ve provided a quick overview of what will be required to start, promote and incent each challenge. Remember this is your wellness journey, so make it your own! Select a challenge that best suits the needs of your
employees and will work in your location. Then tailor the activity so it targets your
audience, is meaningful to them,
and will get results.
