Small Changes
Type of Activity: Behavior Change

Promote the Small Changes Challenge to help your employees start their healthy behavior change journey.
Employees will print out the Small Changes Challenge tracking form and track daily progress on their personally selected 5 small changes to focus on during the challenge. The goal is to complete at least 5 small change activities 5 times each during the challenge.
Resources In Gallagher Wellness Kit
• Small Changes Challenge tracking sheet (HRM can make revisions based on population)
Responsibilities & Resources Needed
• Create sign ups/ registration
• Identify if there will be a speci c kick off for event and what that will include
• Identify if there will be an incentive
• Encourage participants to select the appropriate small changes that work best for them
• Choose a method to promote the challenge
• Revise or add to the small change activities that are included in the kit to t the population if necessary
