To achieve quota for the quarter and earn your bonus, the following KPIs will set you up for success:
• Identify and meet 10 new candidates every week
• Pitch our services to clients and secure 2 new opportunities every week
• Send c200 resumes per month – to open positions and targeted companies
• Achieve an average of 4 interviews per week, between your candidates and clients
• Secure 4 placements over a 3 month period, with an 80% close rate
