of Non Union Benefits
If an employee has a question regarding the continuation of their benefits during their LOA, please have them contact Ventura Foods Benefits team with any questions or concerns.
The process of benefit continuation is also outlined in the Employee’s LOA Guidebook.

As long as the employee’s absence is pursuant
to an approved leave, their health care benefits will be maintained under the same conditions as if they continued to work for up to a maximum of six (6) months, where allowed by law. Employees will be responsible for their usual contribution for these benefits if all vacation, sick time, and bridge pay have been exhausted.
