Baked Apples Ingredients

Ÿ 1/4 cup chopped pecans or other nuts Ÿ 1 cup all-purpose flour
Ÿ 2 Tablespoons butter Ÿ 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Ÿ 2 Tablespoons maple syrup Ÿ 1/2 tsp baking powder
Ÿ 1 teaspoon cinnamon Ÿ 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions
Place pasta, cheese, milk, salt and pepper into a microwave
safe bowl. Stir to mix. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and
microwave for 3 minutes. Stir and microwave for an
additional 2 minutes. Stir until creamy and smooth. Serve
immediately.
