Abstract

The Objectives of this research were 1) to study the process management of village

waterworks in Thailand 2) to study outcomes of village waterworks management of

Thailand in a previous time period 3) to propose results from research conducting of

village waterworks improvement in Thailand. Based on the objectives of the study, the

theoretical linkage between the management of village waterworks (PDCA) and public

value was explored.

The research methodology was mainly based on qualitative analysis, where in-

depth interview and documentary research were used for analyzing the results of village

waterworks management.
