The research findings showed that 1) Process of management of village

management including man, money from government budgetary, materials for fixing and

maintenance, and the process under the Ministry of Interior as village waterworks

regulation B.C. 2005. 2) Outcomes of village waterworks management in the previous

time until decentralization are transfer to local government. So, the village waterworks

committees are selected by local people in each area. As a result of this era of

decentralization can made the process of village waterworks management done rapidly

more than the past. 3) Fifth domains of recommendations are proposed in terms of village

waterworks policy development as following: people participation, quantity and quality of

water, waterworks infrastructure, and supporting units.
