3            Conclusion

                                                                                                                                   Based on the findings of the study, it is concluded that records management

                                                                                                                                   effectiveness in the registry is crucial for the success of any university. The

                                                                                                                                   availability of accessible records in the registry is essential for the smooth

                                                                                                                                   operation of the university, as it allows staff to retrieve information in a timely

                                                                                                                                   manner for decision-making. Without proper records management, staff and


                                                                                                                                   students may not have the necessary information during and after their time at

                                                                                                                                   the university.








                                                                                                                                   To ensure effective management of records in the registry, it is recommended

                                                                                                                                   that the staff be properly trained in records management practices. Additionally,

                                                                                                                                   providing a conducive working environment, job security, a good pay package,

                                                                                                                                   and recognition for work well done can contribute to staff competency and job


                                                                                                                                   satisfaction.




                                                                                                                                   Based on these recommendations and the study's findings, it is suggested that

                                                                                                                                   any university management striving for success through the high commitment of

                                                                                                                                   its employees should allocate resources in their yearly budget to improve

                                                                                                                                   employees' job satisfaction. This investment in job satisfaction can have a

                                                                                                                                   positive impact on records management effectiveness and overall organizational

                                                                                                                                   performance.
