                                                                As a coach, Ralph’s record is 282 – 175 – 1.  He coached at Bran-
                                                                dywine Heights for two years before joining the Governor Mifflin
                                                                program in 1988. He has been head coach since 2003. Ralph has
                                                                coached 23 district place winners, seven district champions, ten
                                                                state place winners and three PIAA state champions. Governor
                                                                Mifflin was the first school in Berks County to start a girl’s wres-
                                                                tling program and the fifth in the state.  Ralph coached three-
                                                                time girl’s state champion, Jayleah Pletz. Ralph is the Berks Coun-
                                                                ty Coaches Hall of Fame coordinator.
                                                                Ralph teaches at Governor Mifflin High School.  He lives in Read-
                                                                ing, PA with his wife Cheryl. They have two children Kira and RJ.
