• Ensure NDIS Property complies with all NDIS/SDA Requirements
• Organise house & land contracts and dispatch via DocuSign where applicable.
• Access quality legal services for your conveyancing needs.
• Liaise with the builder throughout the construction process.
• Provide regular updates on build progress including stages and photos
SDA
• Introduction to & monitoring of suitable SDA Providers.
• Liaise with SDA Providers to enable a speedy tenancy of suitable participants.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed promptly.
Future
• Maximise the benefits of investment property ownership
• Utilise “Inndox” to centralise all the moving parts associated with
the investment property ownership
• Supply “Handover” report upon completion of the building to ensure
the integrity of the quality property.
• Supply “Depreciation Schedule” upon completion of construction.
• Provide ongoing support from the ‘Latitude Property Australia’ team
throughout the entire process and beyond.
Our goal is to be able to provide all our Client’s with an end to end service that
enables the entire process to take place fast, easy & efficiently as possible.
Our fee is $10,000 + GST and is to be paid upfront or on settlement or refinancing
of existing property(s) to finance the new investment in part or full.
Our office admin team are always available to help and supply all necessary
assistance for your purchase.
