of Points

Your files will be placed into an “Active Points
Issue” alert, and all of your files will show up in a
red/pink color in the system.

This is why it is best to sign up for a monthly
points subscription based on your total Active
files, to ensure there is no lapse in processing
time.

Please NOTE if you are not on a points
subscription your files will be

processed in the order they are

received and will not be considered for
any RUSH situations.
