These happen when there is a NO monitoring
provider for the customer and there is no credit
report available to use in the file

This is not to be confused with ID Docs.

The status will be set to “Current Issue” and “Doc
Issue” and you are required to change the status
to “Issue Resolved” when it is ready to be
processed.
