PLANNING
Having a Clear and focused strategy is critically important to the success
of an organization and without a well-defined strategy, the organization may
stall or even fail. Strategic planning is a process in which an organization’s
goals and objectives. The process includes establishing the sequence in which
those goals should be realized so that the organization can reach its started
vision used more productive and more profitable. Library personnel were
