ARRANGEMENT DURING PANDEMIC
Subject to the needs of the University, the College Dean, and Head
of the different units considered flexible work arrangements during the
time of pandemic. Such as having employees work on-site with reduced
shifts, fewer hours or fewer days, coupled with work from home. In
other words, flexible work arrangements are alternative arrangements
or schedules from traditional working day and week. Below are samples
of the approved schedules of library personnel:
