Level III Phase 2
Recently, there is concrete development that has been implemented in our
respective libraries. The Main, Dumingag, Canuto and Pagadian library has

installed its CCTV already for security purposes. The e.library for Main and

Dumingag Campus was realized last year, started with our 9 units computers

plus our old computers, and 1 computer each for Canuto and Pagadian. The
installation for 2 airconditioned units for the Main Library is also functional.

The four campuses are fully equipped with free WIFI access for all. To be true

to our words to deliver quality education for service, the library subscribe Gale

Reference Complete Online, Proquest and Philejournal online database
provided for our clienteles. Creating our respective Library FB Page also helps

us a lot in connecting with our students and faculty to deliver the right

information they need at the right time. And finally, the Pagadian Campus
Library has already installed floor tiles.

QUALIFICATION, SUPERVISORY FUNCTIONS AND PARTICIPATION IN

ACADEMIC AND ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES OF THE INSTITUTION.

I.2 The Library is administered and supervised by:

I.2.1. a full-time professional licensed librarian; and
I.2.2 a master’s degree holder in MS Library and Information

Science

The College Librarian is a graduate of Master’s Degree in Library and

Information Science, a license librarian and with 20year experience in

managerial work. As information professional that runs the library, she

must ensure that the information needs of all patrons are met. She is
responsible for the daily operation of the library, provides assistance to

patrons, making all the resources accessible, easy to locate and are

properly maintained and organized. Provide recommendations to help

user’s access useful materials and various source of information. As
the college librarian, she is also responsible for directing administrative tasks

including budgeting for library operation. The college librarian also manages

and supervises staff to ensure that works given are performed. In addition,
